WHAT IS PAINT CORRECTION?
There are typically three forms of paint correction: Paint enhancement, single stage paint correction, and 2-step paint correction. Paint enhancement uses an all-in-one compound and a soft to medium foam pad to bring back gloss and clarity, but it doesn’t remove the deeper imperfections. Single stage paint correction also known as a 1 step paint correction is a better way to remove deeper imperfections that a paint enhancement can’t using stronger polishing pads mixed with a stronger polish or compound to remove and correct between 50%-70% of imperfections. A 2-step paint correction involves using a strong abrasive compound and pad as the first step remove deep imperfections, and polishing for that final step to remove the haze and micro marring leaving a glass finish!
All paint corrections come with a detailed paint report that includes picture taken before any compound or polish touches the paint.
